Return & Exchange Eligibility

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with no stains, odors, or damage

  • Accompanied by all original tags and packaging

How to Start a Return or Exchange

    Email our support team at sales@terryroger.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Follow Instructions
    We’ll send you detailed steps on how to return your item.

  3. Ship the Item
    Send the product back using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Note:
Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take additional time to reflect on your account. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please reach out to us at sales@terryroger.com.

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to help.

  • Product Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • Processing Time: Replacement items are shipped within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Products

Received something damaged or defective? Let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing sales@terryroger.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work swiftly to resolve the problem.
