Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is in effect as of September 29, 2025. 

At Terry Roger we strive to provide efficient and safe order delivery. For our various shipping options, delivery time estimates, and additional information to help you shop with us as easily and comfortably as possible, please read below: 

Shipping Coverage  

We ship to the continental US, Canada, the UK and select other countries. 

Order Processing & Delivery Time  

We offer standard free delivery.  

  • There are no surprises. If there is any shipping cost, it will be displayed at checkout.  

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days  

  • Transit time: 9-10 business days  

  • Estimated delivery: 10-12 business days

  • You will receive order confirmation and tracking information once the order ships.  

  • Delivery time is estimates and can vary widely based on public holidays enforced locally, customs, and other unforeseen events.  

Shipping Partners  

We ship with trusted international couriers: DHL and FedEx.  

If you are the ones scheduled to receive the order and won’t be at the delivery location, you can:  

  • Ask a neighbor to receive the parcel.  

  • Complete and repeat delivery instructions for the driver and leave them at the delivery point.  

Delivery Requirements  

To help us help you, we ask that you provide:  

  • An accurate and complete destination delivery address, either a residence or place of business.  

  • We will not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • For any situation where you need to change where a package is going, please reach out to the delivery person directly.  

Improperly Packaged Orders  

We make sure to package your order properly. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please do the following:  

  • Reach out to us at sales@terryroger.com as soon as possible.  

  • Our customer support will assist you in finding a resolution.  

  • For additional information, please review the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.  

You will need to file a claim for damaged packaging within 30 days of the order being delivered. Claims received after that time will not be accepted.  

Confirmation of Orders

When you place an order, you will get an email that has your order details.  

  • If you do not get an order confirmation email, then your order was not placed properly and will not be processed.
