2. Is my payment information safe? 

Absolutely. We use PayPal and other secure card processors. We do not record your credit card info. 

3. Do you share my personal details with anyone? 

Only courier (DHL/FedEx) and payment processors as needed to complete your order. 

4. Which countries do you ship to? 

We ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, and a few other international locations. 

5. How long does delivery take?  

Standard free delivery takes about 10–12 business days. 

6. Will I get tracking details for my order? 

Yes, you will get an email once shipped, and it will include tracking info.

7. What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?  

Photograph the parcel, then email us at sales@terryroger.com. We will help you to return or exchage it.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?  

Yes. The order can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if it is defective, damaged, or wrong.

9. Who pays for return shipping?  

Customers pay return shipping costs as well as a 30% restocking fee (unless the product was defective or incorrect).  

10. How long does a refund take?  

Refunds take 7 days.
