This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy is in effect as of September 29, 2025.
At Terry Roger, we prioritize earning your confidence in our shopping experience. If we fall short, know we have a straightforward policy: within 30 days, your purchase is eligible for return, refund, or exchange, no questions asked.
To initiate a return or exchange, returns must be requested within 30 days of order delivery, by emailing sales@terryroger.com.
Before proceeding, we will require a photo showing the issue is.
Cases requested after thirty days will not be accepted.
We will gladly offer a refund or exchange for an:
Order error, damaged, or defective merchandise.
We will not refund:
if the tags are removed, the product is altered or the item has clearly been used,
In customized merchandise,
Misused or washed goods
Buyer’s remorse. This includes instances of an order of several items in different sizes for the purpose of trying them.
Lastly, we will not accept return requests after the thirty-day period.
Customers will be contacted within the refund period of 7-10 days after we approve the return for a product exchange or refund.
This will be through the original method of payment made at purchase.

Once approved, our support team will give you instructions on how to return your items.
The buyer will have to pay for return shipping. Outbound shipping is free, but it’s not costless to us.
Returning products will have to be inspected first, and then we will be able to issue your refund or exchange.
Proof of return is required for all returns, and we will not be able to issue refunds without this. Tracking numbers need to be valid and provided with all returns.
As for exchanges, these can be done for different products or colors as long as the product is returned in its original condition.
The buyer will pay for return shipping.
Replacement items will be sent within 15 working days of return approval.
Once we receive and approve the product, we will ship your exchange items within 5 - 7 business days.
To cover restocking, we will withhold 30% of the total paid amount, except for cases where the product was incorrect or defective when received.
The restocking charged will be applied along with the shipping charges for the returning items.
